RETURNS
My Southern Tactical is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase from My Southern Tactical does not meet your needs, you have the option to return the item for a refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase.
Please take note of the following conditions:
- The product must be manufactured by My Southern Tactical.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you choose to return an item for a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% Refinish/Restock Fee.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product.
- To receive full credit, the product must be in its original factory condition without any signs of installation, scratches, wear, or apparent use.
- If you believe there is an issue with your product or you have received the wrong part, please refrain from installing the product(s). Instead, contact us via email at admin@mysoutherntactical.com to inform us of your request for a return or exchange.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return or exchange process via email.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) at My Southern Tactical, we will inspect them and proceed with the refund or exchange.
- The standard inspection period is 3 business days.
- Custom work is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
- For international shipping, once a package leaves our facility, My Southern Tactical cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays or lost packages.
- The conditions mentioned above do not apply to any manufacturing defects. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve it. Thank you!
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
All canceled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee, to recoup processing fees and labor cost. Shipping addresses and items ordered can be changed by contacting us directly. WE DO NOT SHIP RESTRICTED ITEMS TO RESTRICTED STATES.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. My Southern Tactical reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. My Southern Tactical reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Arrival date -- We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Insurance -- First Class, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail shipments are at your own risk, you have the option to add Insurance Coverage at checkout for any order, Shipping with Insurance Pricing is based on shipping weight and item cost. My Southern Tactical is not liable for uninsured packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Insurance does not cover theft after delivery,
Damaged or Missing -- If you received a damaged package or your package is marked delivered and you don’t have it, please contact your Local USPS Post office. A claim for the default amount or insured amount can be filed for packages delivered incorrectly or damaged. Packages that are delivered correctly or were not insured are not covered by My Southern Tactical. If your order was insured and is missing or damaged, please contact Sales@Mysoutherntactical.com immediately. If not insured, you must file a claim with USPS for a refund and then reorder your items.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, My Southern Tactical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. My Southern Tactical shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, My Southern Tactical will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
